This recipe makes four burritos.
1 cup of your favorite Buffalo Sauce
2 cups shredded cabbage or slaw mix
1 cup of Feta Cheese crumbles
1/2 red onion, chopped
4 burrito sized tortillas
Ranch Dressing for drizzling and dipping
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
In a large mixing bowl, toss your cooked and shredded chicken with the Buffalo Sauce (add more sauce if you like a little extra).
Lay out your four tortillas on a work surface. Spoon a quarter of the chicken mixture down the middle of each burrito. Next, sprinkle a quarter of your slaw mixture down over the chicken followed by the Feta and red onion.
Fold the burrito ends in first and then side to side. Flip over and you’re ready to grill.
Grill each burrito about 6 minutes on both sides. Remove from grill and serve with a drizzle of Ranch dressing down over the tops.
