It’s my post about my favorite things to buy for Christmas…whether you buy them today or any old day. I tried to cover gift ideas for my whole family, but PLEASE COMMENT AND SHARE YOUR IDEAS TOO! We can’t have enough ideas, right?! Next week, I’m going to be sharing so many other Christmas gift ideas…so this is most definitely not all of them…just some of my faves. I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and many blessings to you this weekend too!
My kiddos were hard at work last week writing their letters to Santa. Basically, Ashby just wanted to copy Kensington’s letter verbatim. #littlesisterlife
So, last year, Santa brought my three kids these amazing sleeping bags from Pottery Barn Kids. Every Friday night (and many special days in-between), they have slept in them all cozy and warm. This year, Santa is bringing Miss Madeley one too.
And the year before, Santa brought these cozy bean bag chairs from Pottery Barn Teen. Both the sleeping bags and the bean bag chairs have been major wow gifts from Santa. My kiddos LOVE them! We have the larger bean bag chairs from PB Teen and also two of the smaller ones from PB Kids. Our favorites are the larger ones (because even Andrew and I can sit comfortably in them), but if you don’t have the space, the smaller ones are fun too!
On Kensington’s list this year, it’s basically everything in the American Girl Doll catalog. Both Ashby and Kensington are getting Wellie Wishers for Christmas. I’ve already ordered their things and you should too because many of the items are on back order.
This guy wants anything and everything outdoors. I know this might seem lame…but it’s really easy…I just went online to Cabela’s and ordered a ton of outdoor stuff: binoculars, cross bow, tent…you know, all of that kind of stuff.
Give her all of the babies and Barbies this year. Miss Ashby is getting some puzzles (Amazon had so many!), a Barbie camper, a new barbie and some baby stuff too. Easy peasy!
Speaking of Amazon…I shopped for Madeley on there too! She is getting anything that can be pushed around (like the car above) or lights up. Thank you Fisher Price. It’s going to be a bumpy, loud Christmas morning around here! 🙂
So for my hubby…he bought himself a Christmas present already…
And if you’re looking for shirts for your guy, Andrew almost exclusively gets his button-ups at J Crew. I know my mom has given him (and my brother) many a shirt from J Crew and they always make excellent gifts!
Now…lady gifts. I could go on forever here.
Kate Spade Glitter Studs. Buy them for your kid’s teacher, your neighbor, your BFF, your mom, your cousin, your sister…any and every girl you know!
A good scarf! I bought this cream one Here and I also bought this red one HERE that I’m wearing today to officially kick off Christmas. It comes in four other colors (I may have bought navy too…) A good scarf is always a great gift! Speaking of which…
If you’re looking for a cozy fleece sweater to gift this year, I keep telling you about this one. It comes in 7 colors and could not be comfier. It washes and lays flat to dry…I wear it multiple times a week. I’m obsessed friends. This would make such a cozy little gift!
Years ago, my grandmother bought C and me robes for Christmas and I’m literally wearing it right this second as I write this post for you. It’s the gift that keeps on giving :). If you have several girls in your family, robes in a variety of colors is such a fun gift to give! And you can also go crazy and gift a robe with a pair of…
…my favorite slippers :). Now, the colors are coming and going in and out of stock, so you better grab a pair quickly before they’re all gone!
I mean…an ugly Christmas sweater on Black Friday just makes sense. I’m going to leave this right here and walk away 😉 .
Last year, I gifted two girls in my family Uggs. This year, I might do the same. Everyone gets excited over Uggs! My mom gave me these for my birthday this year and I seriously got giddy! I bought this pair last year for those two family members and I bought a pair for myself too because…I ADORE THEM…
…they’re water resistant and have just the tiniest little wedge heel.
Christmas pajama pants, check.
These J Crew puffer vests would make cute Christmas gifts too (if you have a bunch of girls in your family, you could buy each one a different color!). And if you can’t tell, I love me a J Crew plaid shirt too…both above and below…
…love me some plaid.
My mom asked me for some suggestions this year and I told her to get my kiddos some cold weather gear from Gap. Their scarves, mittens, gloves and hats are my FAVORITE for kids! Plus, I really like their coats too (Ashby is wearing one here!). Such easy gift ideas for kids of all ages!

Whew! That wraps up Black Friday for me! Have the best weekend friends!
