Meal Planning Monday #174

Meal Planning Monday

It’s Meal Planning Monday!

Five simple suppers, one something sweet and an easy breakfast recipe.  Everything you need to help make this week a bit simpler.  Sending out much love to you this Monday morning!

Sheet Tray Supper

I mean…right out of the gate, something SO SIMPLE!  My Sheet Tray Supper of Sausage, Potatoes & Veggies has been a huge hit, so you must try it too!  Seriously, the easiest part about your Monday will be this supper.

Chicken Pot Pie

Before the weather warms up too much, I have to get a few more cozy recipes into my menu for the week.  My Chicken Pot Pie is one of my very favorite suppers to make.  It’s just a big bowl of cozy.

Beef & Mushroom Ragu

Speaking of cozy…my Beef & Mushroom Ragu over Pasta is the perfect meal to hunker down with on hump day.

Bacon & Spinach Quiche

This Bacon & Spinach Quiche recipe is one of Manda’s 🙂 .  Growing up, my mama made quiche on a regular basis for supper (always served with a green salad) and now, so do I.  Such a staple at our house!

Chicken Fajita Soup

And this recipe of mine is an oldie but a goodie (it was one of the very first recipes that I posted five years ago!). My Chicken Fajita Soup is one of those yummy soups that’s warm and hearty but not too rich for a March evening.  Tons of flavor, not too much heat (so very family-friendly!).

And this week, you need to make something for St. Patrick’s Day!  Try this…

Creamy Mint Brownies

…my Creamy Mint Brownies.  Seriously…they’re divine!  And a festive St. Paddy’s Day breakfast too…

St. Paddy's Day Pancakes

my green pancakes for St. Paddy’s Day.  We make them every year and they’re always a hit 🙂 .

Happy Monday friends!  Have a wonderful start to your week!

Yay! I love your beef and mushroom ragu! We are having a blizzard in Boston tomorrow so it’s the perfect thing in the crock pot for a snowy day!

That bacon and spinach quiche is especially calling my name. And how extra special that it’s Manda’s recipe.
