Kick off your week with Meatless Monday and my Pecan & Goat Cheese Pasta. Now, if you really want to add another protein to this dish, some grilled shrimp would taste delish! Or you could serve this alongside some grilled chicken too. This pasta has loads of flavor and texture, plus my favorite, GOAT CHEESE!
Taco Tuesday calls for my BBQ Pineapple Baked Chicken Tacos. Loads of flavor in one EASY recipe!
Wacky Wednesday typically means breakfast for dinner. My Spinach and Chorizo Breakfast Casserole is perfect in the morning and at dinnertime too!
For Turkey Thursday, my Turkey Cacciatore Joes. It’s like a Sloppy Joe that tastes like Chicken Cacciatore…but with turkey. It’s really simple to whip up and tasty too!
And for Pizza Friday…my Pizza Quesadillas. The best of both worlds :).
And with Easter just around the corner, those Peeps are showing up in every store around…so, grab a package and make my Marshmallow Peeps S’mores. They are INSANE!
