Hot weather outside means I want cool and quick suppers inside. I do not want heavy, time consuming, standing over the stove, head in the oven kind of meals. I want quick. Perhaps off the grill? And light. And that’s just what I have for you today.

My BBQ Chicken Tacos are made in the slow cooker! The chicken cooks all day while you’re out and then come supper time, you assemble and enjoy.
Is it weird that I’m suggesting quiche? Growing up, we had quiche for dinner all the time! You make a quiche (like this Bacon & Spinach Quiche), serve it with a green salad and dinner is done. (Pssssst: of course, this would be excellent for breakfast too!).
The new favorite recipe at my house…Shrimp & Corn Pasta…will hit the spot this Thursday!
And round out your week with my Steak & Wedge Burgers! It’s a burger with a yummy wedge salad (including grilled lettuce!) right up on top.
