An Easy Little German Sheet Tray Supper

German Sheet Tray Supper

Well, I was at Trader Joe's and got inspired. How often does that happen? EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. They had these yummy pretzel rolls which immediately made me think, "I should buy some and make brats!".  So, I bought the rolls and then some brats, along with some red cabbage, an onion, and some potatoes and called it a day.  I came home, put everything (minus the cabbage) on a baking sheet, popped it in the oven, sauteed my cabbage, and then served one big German-inspired meal.  Easy as that. You can see all of my Sheet Tray…

Sheet Tray Supper: Chicken Fajita Tacos

Okay, I almost didn't post this recipe because it's such an easy/non-recipe.  BUT...I don't know about you, but for me, the end of July is dragging in the kitchen, so I could use as many easy/non-recipes as humanly possible.  Who wants to be inside fussing with food? I want to be outside, swimming, bike riding, golfing, hanging out with my family and friends...so, I'll take as many recipes as possible that are simple. What makes this recipe even more simple than my normal Sheet Tray Suppers is that I just bought fajita chicken already seasoned…

Sheet Tray Supper: Italian Sausage & Eggplant

Sheet Tray Supper

One of the most popular suppers I've made recently is my Roasted Sausage & Veggie Sheet Tray Supper, so today, I'm making another version.  These recipes are just so simple to whip up on busy weeknights (we had this one on a crazy busy night before I had both a meeting and Smith had a baseball game).  I'm thinking we'll make them a lot this summer too (because who wants to slave over a stove when it's hot outside?!).  So, prepare to see more Sheet Tray Suppers in my future :) . Tonight, Italian Sausage & Eggplant. Delish!…

Sheet Tray Supper: Roasted Sausage, Potatoes & Veggies

Sheet Tray Supper

Um, so this is so simple it's stupid. I had a church meeting the other night and knew I needed to make dinner as simple as possible...so I did. I roasted up some turkey kielbasa along with a variety of veggies and potatoes and 40 minutes later, dinner was done.  And bonus...I just threw away the foil and the kitchen was clean.  I think I'm going to start making a variety of these sheet tray suppers...because come summer, the last thing I want to do is spend time in my kitchen (I want to be outside!).…

Calphalon & Cupcakes!

Happy Tuesday, friends! Today, it's a TWO FOR ONE blog post! Today, I'm partnering with Macy's and talking all things CALPHALON plus sharing a yummy EASTER recipe! True story: I was a nanny in high school and college to one family, and then, when I got married, the two kiddos were in my wedding and their mama helped coordinate the whole thing.  Her name is Lori and I absolutely remember she and I discussing my registry and she said that people should have one shower when they get married and then another one ten years…
