{Gluten-Free} Fudgy Nutella Cookies

Description

Well, I can’t keep my mini me out of the kitchen.  My 15 year old loves to put on her headphones and bake (sound like anyone you know?).  I always love to encourage her…especially baking…in the kitchen because creating gluten-free recipes is a bit harder (especially baking them!), so I love that she’s experimenting and trying new things.  She created these FUDGY NUTELLA COOKIES, and they’re perfect if you’re looking for a chocolaty treat made from scratch. Put on your headphones, turn on Taylor Swift and enjoy the simple pleasure of baking.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup gluten-free flour (we use Namaste)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.  Grease a baking sheet (or put down parchment paper).  Set aside.
  2. In your mixing bowl, combine your flour, sugar, egg, baking powder and Nutella with an electric mixer.  Once combined, stir in your chocolate chips.
  3. Drop by the spoonful onto your prepared baking sheet and bake about 13 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and enjoy warm.
