Blackberry & Peach Cobbler

Description

The easiest cobbler recipe!  Bonus, you can quickly make this gluten-free too!  This recipe/idea is just crazy simple.  Enjoy! xx


Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz) package of frozen blackberries (do not thaw)
  • 1 (10 oz) package of frozen peaches (do not thaw)
  • 1 yellow cake mix (we use g-free)
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • Ice cream, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease (I used Pam) a 9×13 baking dish.
  3. Spread your frozen blackberries and peaches across the bottom of your baking dish.  Next, sprinkle over the box of dry cake mix (do not prepare per package directions).  Then, drizzle the melted butter over everything.
  4. Pop this in the oven and bake uncovered 55-60 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and serve immediately (with a little ice cream if you so desire).
