Mmmmmm! I’m sharing an oldie but goodie recipe/idea/thought for you today since I’m talking about our recent trip to Park City also. My family has been making this Blackberry & Peach Cobbler for YEARS and YEARS. It’s so, so easy and always delicious.
Bonus, it’s super simple to make gluten-free too.
Today, I thought I’d just update the original recipe with a printable recipe card button and make a note for you that you can make this one g-free.
Easy as that 😉 !
There is no better time of year to make cobbler than wintertime.
Enjoy! xx

We have found that peaches, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and apples work the best. Strawberries get too mushy. I wouldn’t use strawberries!

Adding a crumble topping is the “cherry on top”. Just mix a 1/4 cup of brown sugar with 1 cup pecans and sprinkle over the top before baking. So Yummy!!
