3 Ingredient Lemonade Pie

Description

What does your mid-July afternoon need?  A slice of my mom’s LEMONADE PIE!  I first shared this recipe TWELVE years ago. This is one my mom has been making for YEARS, so when my girls asked me what pie they should make last week, I immediately suggested this one because it’s only THREE ingredients plus a pie crust.  That’s it.  Just three.  Whip it up, put it in the fridge for a bit and enjoy a slice.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk, chilled
  • 1 (12 oz) container Cool Whip, that’s been in the fridge (not freezer)
  • 1 (6 oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate, keep frozen
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the first 3 ingredients with a spoon.
  2. Pour this mixture into your prepared pie shell.
  3. Keep in fridge until you’re ready to serve (at least an hour).

Notes

Use a gluten-free crust for an easy g-free pie.
