What does your mid-July afternoon need? A slice of my mom’s LEMONADE PIE!
I first shared this recipe TWELVE years ago. This is one my mom has been making for YEARS, so when my girls asked me what pie they should make last week, I immediately suggested this one because it’s only THREE ingredients plus a pie crust. That’s it. Just three.
Whip it up, put it in the fridge for a bit and enjoy a slice.
Enjoy!

Description
What does your mid-July afternoon need? A slice of my mom’s LEMONADE PIE! I first shared this recipe TWELVE years ago. This is one my mom has been making for YEARS, so when my girls asked me what pie they should make last week, I immediately suggested this one because it’s only THREE ingredients plus a pie crust. That’s it. Just three. Whip it up, put it in the fridge for a bit and enjoy a slice.
Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk, chilled
- 1 (12 oz) container Cool Whip, that’s been in the fridge (not freezer)
- 1 (6 oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate, keep frozen
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the first 3 ingredients with a spoon.
- Pour this mixture into your prepared pie shell.
- Keep in fridge until you’re ready to serve (at least an hour).
Notes
Use a gluten-free crust for an easy g-free pie.

Thanks for sharing. We used to make this and I had forgotten about it. Sometimes we would freeze it and eat it frozen. Delicious either way
