Oh, what a busy and fun weekend we had! On Friday night, we met the Cox family at the new Fuddruckers for burgers and fries…then on Saturday, we headed to the mall with Papa Jay and Lovie. After that, we went over to Bryan and Pam’s house to celebrate Casey’s 23rd birthday. We topped off our weekend with church this morning and lunch at PF Changs. After all that, we all four (Tulip included), took a nice 2 and half hour nap while watching golf on TV. It was just one of those wonderful weekends.

Today was the first day we flipped Kensington’s car seat around to face forward. In celebration, we put in a Veggie Tale movie for her to watch as we drove the hour home from Bryan and Pam’s house. She was completely mesmerized! She just watched the TV screen, pointing and talking to herself the whole way home.
While we were at Bryan and Pam’s, Kensington decided to take her first steps. She walked two or three steps at a time between two people. This girl knows how to pick a moment…14 adults were cheering and encouraging her as she toddled back and forth. We’re not fully “walking” but we’re at least going to and from people without holding on. What a big day!
