Who doesn’t love a variation of Chex Mix?
I love me a good salty/sweet snack. This totally hits the spot. Plus, this stuff stays fresh in a big Ziplock bag for at least a week (if not longer). And even bigger bonus…you can Mix and Match it to fit whatever types of “chips” and candy you have in your pantry. Go nuts!
Shopping List
6 cups Rice Chex Cereal
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
1 cup M&Ms
1 cup dry roasted peanuts
Line two baking sheets with wax paper (or foil). Pour 3 cups of cereal into a large bowl. In a second smaller bowl, microwave white chocolate chips until melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Pour over cereal and toss until cereal is coated. Pour out on to one of your baking sheets and refrigerate 5 minutes.
Repeat the above process with the remaining cereal and the Reese’s chips.
Once both trays are chilled, break the cereal into pieces into one large bowl. Add in M&Ms and peanuts.
Store in Ziplock bag until ready to munch.
My little man munched his way through quite a bit of this stuff. Yum!

Cute! Abby and I made Cupid's crunch casserole. Popcorn, pretzel sticks, bag of Valentine's m&ms, pink sprinkles all coated in white chocolate 🙂 Mmmmmmmmm!

Looked so yummy, I made a batch for my daughters paint party, the m&ms gave it the color scheme we needed. Your blog on food has made feeding my family and enjoyment and noon get a dread. Thanks for all your awesome ideas:))
