This photo does not do this dip justice. It just doesn’t. To be fair to myself, I made this dip for the finale of the Bachelorette…I had 15 people standing around me waiting for me to finish snapping photos so that they could dig in. It’s their fault. Yes, let’s blame them.
I saw this dip on Pinterest and it was love at first sight. Easy, easy, easy and yummy, yummy, yummy. I prepared the dip in my little slow cooker but you could totally do it on the stove top over low heat (stirring often) or in the microwave (stopping and stirring every 30 seconds). The nice thing about the slow cooker is that it kept the dip warm all night. No matter how you do it, you’ll love it.
Shopping List
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1 (16 oz) container marshmallow fluff
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Graham crackers for dipping
To prepare in a small slow cooker, layer first 3 ingredients, cover and cook on low 1 hour or high 30 minutes, stir, re-cover and set temperature to “keep warm”. Spoon out and dip with graham crackers.
To prepare on the stove, combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat, stir until melted together. Remove from heat and serve with graham crackers.
To prepare in the microwave, combine first 3 ingredients in a microwavable bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stopping to stir after each interval, until smooth. Serve with graham crackers.
This dip will go in seconds. Enjoy!

I love that you can do this is in the crockpot, and it's not as messy as doing s'mores with the kids! Yum!

I'm having a baconfest party this weekend. I think this dip could be glorious with bacon crumbled on top.
