Hello fun.
My kids and I had the best time making our Easter Peep Corn! So simple and tastes so delicious! A little popcorn, a little white chocolate, some sprinkles and some Peeps. Who needs popcorn when you can have Peep Corn?!
Shopping List
1 bag of popped popcorn (plain, not buttered or flavored)
6 ounces of white chocolate candy coating
Your favorite Easter candies (I used M&Ms, Jelly Beans and Peeps)
Easter Sprinkles
Pour your popped popcorn out on a wax paper lined baking sheet.
Microwave your white chocolate candy coating in a bowl, stopping to stir every 30 seconds until melted (it should only take about a minute or so).
Drizzle your white chocolate down over the popcorn.
Sprinkle your favorite Easter candies and sprinkles over the popcorn.
Allow everything to sit at least 15 minutes before packaging it up and storing it in an airtight container.
Easter in a bowl. Have fun making (and eating) your Peep Corn!

Shay–love your blog! And this looks delish. Is that the Pottery Barn Emma dishes? I have the cream, but just noticed they had some fun "springy" colors when i was in there the other day. Think i may need to mix it up a little!

how much of each candy would you recommend using?

I just threw about a handful of each on there…a cup of each or so. You add as much or as little as you like!
