Black Friday Menu

It’s the day after Thanksgiving (or often the evening of Thanksgiving) and you go out with your family and friends, wait in some crazy long lines for discounted Christmas gifts, trample over other people. shop, shop, shop, laugh at the madness and have the best time ever.  It’s Black Friday!
After the shopping, when you’re super tired and just want to relax by the fire with your supper while recounting the night and going over what treasures you purchased…you don’t want to cook anything complicated, so I have the perfect Black Friday Menu for you and yours!
Happy Shopping!
To me, there is no better party food than guacamole…and Tab’s Guacamole is my very favorite.  While you recount your Black Friday shopping, you must snack on guacamole at the same time.  Perfect for celebrating any occasion…even great sales!
You can use chicken in my Spinach Chicken Enchiladas or you can use leftover turkey from Thanksgiving!  Either way, you’ll have a delicious supper in minutes!

If you’re not feeling like enchiladas, you can use chicken or turkey and make my yummy Chicken Pot Pie for supper too!  This is like the most comforting bowl of goodness. Ever.

Tired of the bird and want something totally different?  Make my vegetarian Greek Paninis.  A light little supper following the Super Bowl of meals.
Happy shopping friends!  Have the best Black Friday!

I LOVE leftovers. Love 'em. Chris however does not. Homeboy can make himself a panini. But he should probably make me one too that I can munch on while eating all my leftovers.

YUM! Those Greek paninis sound wonderful. I may have to make them today. It's not yet Black Friday, but there's enough stores opening early that I think it will count! 😉
