I mean…I feel like I don’t even have to explain. The name says it all, right? Give me all the goat cheese. All of it. This dip is a MUST this holiday season.
Shopping List
2 (4 oz) packages of plain goat cheese
1 (5 oz) package of Boursin (I used the garlic and herb style)
1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
4 oz of cream cheese, softened
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 box of frozen spinach, defrosted and all excess water squeezed out
10 green onions, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly spray a 9×9 baking dish, pie plate or similar sized baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
Using an electric mixer, beat together your goat cheese, Boursin, Parmesan and cream cheese until smooth. Beat in your salt and pepper (just a pinch) and garlic powder. Next, stir in your spinach and green onions. Spread this mixture into your prepared baking dish and bake about 20 minutes or until nice and bubbly. Remove and serve warm with crackers, chips or pita bread.
I could make a meal out of this dip right here.

I love the addition of spinach to the dip. It certainly adds a unique tang!

You had me at goat cheese!!! Could you cook / warm this in the crock pot?
Mix and Match Mama says
Yes, but not for too long. I think after 3 hours on low, you’d be good to go!

Hi. I’ve tried to find the Boursin cheese with no luck. I’m in Texas and have looked at HEB and Kroger. Any suggestions? Where did you find it? If I can’t find it I could try something comparable Is it a cheese or a spread? Thanks.
Mix and Match Mama says
Really? Walmart and Target will have it!
