Apple. Spice. Cobbler.
Are there three sweeter words? I don’t think so. This is heaven in a bowl. And heaven to make too. Give me a cool night, good TV, a soft cozy blanket and a bowl of Apple Spice Cobbler. I’m a happy girl.

Ha! We have a hard time not eating all of it at one time but yes, I would stick it in the fridge if I didn't inhale the whole thing :).

Is there a simple way to make the apple pie filling with fresh apples (from apple picking) instead of the store bought filling? This looks AH-mazing!

This looks amazing. Will try it!!
Try this recipe. I do this when I want quick apple dessert in less than 10 minutes literally!
Melt butter in pan
Add apple slices. Let it cook maybe 1-2 minutes.
Add brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, drop of vanilla.
Cook until apple softens about 5-7 minutes to your liking.
Serve with dollop of whipped cream or ice cream!
