Some people are strict vegetarians…and some people just prefer to eat a vegetarian diet once or twice a week, so I get a lot of feedback from people saying they would love to see more vegetarian options over here in my kitchen.
So, I declare this week, Vegetarian Week!
Every day this week, I’ll share with you one of my meat-less meals that would please both vegetarians and meat lovers alike…lots of flavor, no meat.
