4 oz cream cheese softened (half a block)
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon milk
Jelly Beans, other candies or fruit to decorate
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
On your clean kitchen counter, roll out your sugar cookie dough into a big circle. Our circle was about 10 inches or so in diameter.
Place the dough on your prepared baking sheet and bake about 14 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool completely on the counter before decorating.
In a mixing bowl, beat with an electric mixer your cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk. Spread mixture on top of cooled “pizza” crust. Decorate with whatever you like!
Again…super simple little recipe for those days when you want a fun spin on a cookie. This is also a really fun way to get your kiddos to try new fruit.
This Easter, add some jelly beans, M&Ms, mini Cadbury Creme Eggs or Peeps…make it fun and make it your own.

I LOVE that you have a simple recipe for fruit pizza. I am allergic to Kiwi, so I rarely get to eat fruit pizza when people bring it to parties, but now I can make it myself and omit the kiwi! 🙂
