Listen, today isn’t a recipe…it’s pretty much just a reminder of a tried and true idea. This holiday season, if you’re serving breakfast or brunch, make a classic mimosa but with a cranberry twist! It’s festive, it’s seasonal and it’s oh so delicious!
Champagne or sparkling wine
Frozen cranberries, optional
Fill each glass a fourth of the way with orange juice, then another fourth of the way with cranberry juice. Fill the remaining half of the glass with your champagne or sparkling wine…and that’s it! I like to add frozen cranberries to my glasses before I begin pouring. During the holiday season, you can typically find them in the freezer department at the grocery store. Fresh cranberries would also work well!
