Hello quiche.
We love quiche recipes at our house because they work for both breakfast and dinner. Plus, they’re great for make ahead suppers too. You can assemble this up to the day before, keep it covered in the fridge and then pop it in the oven to bake before supper (or breakfast).
This recipe is my friend Manda’s. In her original recipe, she only calls for bacon, but I added about a half a pound of ground chicken sausage to ours for just an extra punch of protein. Either way you do it, you’ll love it!
Enjoy!
This recipe serves about six.

Making this ahead tonight for tomorrow's dinner! Think 2% milk would be Ok instead of heavy cream? It's the only thing I have on hand. Thanks!
Mix and Match Mama says
It will work with 2%!

Thanks for the response! One more question and this might be silly but… do I need to cook my bacon first?!? Thanks again!!
