As you know, we are Key lime people over here. Offer me a cookie or a brownie, and I’ll pass. Offer me a tart Key lime dessert, and I want two pieces.
This summer, I took my NO BAKE KEY LIME S’MORES BARS (easy!) and tweaked it just a bit into an EASY NO BAKE KEY LIME PIE!
The simplest little dessert you’ll make on repeat all summer long.

Can you clarify what “marshmellow cream” is please? I don’t know if I have ever seen that or heard of that before! Where in the grocery store do you get it (refrigerated? is there a name brand?)
Thanks so much!!
Mix and Match Mama says
Of course! Like a jar of Marshmallow Fluff. It’s located right by the “normal” marshmallows on the shelf in your store.

In my grocery store it is by the ice cream toppings! ha!

Do you think this could be made without the cream cheese? Not a cream cheese fan but this sounds super delicious!
Mix and Match Mama says
I don’t think it will slice and hold up as well.

Yes, yes and more yes! Give me allllll the key lime things and not having to turn my oven on when it’s already going to be 1,000 degrees in Texas?! Double win!

My dad and I were in Hawaii this spring and trying to figure out if we could sub guava juice in a key lime pie recipe to make a guava pie. Any suggestions on modifications when we try it? I know it it’s as sour so not sure if it would then be too sweet.
Mix and Match Mama says
Oh my gosh, I LOVE GUAVA JUICE! I have tried so hard to find the real Hawaiian deal in Texas and never have. It’s my favorite! I think a little juice would be delicious. Don’t use too much though!

Super helpful thank you! My favorite one I have found is from Costco! It comes in a giant jug and is super good (do not try the mango nectar though).
Nicole Silva says
Is “key lime juice” a normal item in the juice section?
Mix and Match Mama says
Lime juice is or you can buy actual Key limes and squeeze them for the juice.
