My family is about 24 hours into our summer vacation for the year and already having so much fun!
Today on our podcast, Erika and I are BREAKING DOWN FITNESS! (Which is probably a good thing since we broke down bikinis last week 😉 ).

Tell Andrew to check out an app called TrainHeroic. I also could no longer make in-person sessions so my trainer started using this to send me home workouts. The platform is user friendly and allows her to imbed videos of exercises to demonstrate. On the user end, I can check off each set, adjust reps, etc. Might be something he would want to check out for you guys!

Loved today’s episode! Are you familiar with the Hardcore On The Floor Peloton group? You can find it on Facebook or Instagram. It’s a huge group of people that do the same 40 minute strength stack everyday, and add a ride or a run where we can. I think you’d love it!

Hi! Would love to hear a podcast focused on your faith. Maybe “Breaking Down our Beliefs” since you’re into the alliteration.? What better platform to spend an hour talking about what all Jesus has done in your life. I know right now women are craving authentic conversations, and while your podcasts are cute, maybe dive a little deeper into that. Have a great day!

Loved this!! I just recently started getting over my longer runs, I was wondering what you do now? What distance and how many days a week do you run? Also, how often do you take rest days? Thanks!!

Right now, I would say I run 3 to 4 miles a day about 4 or 5 days a week. I rest on my heavy weight training days.
