- 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup of dried cranberries
Instructions
-
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Spray your cookie sheet with Pam or line it with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut and flour with a wooden spoon. Stir in your salt, condensed milk, chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
-
Drop by the two tablespoons full on to your parchment paper.
-
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly brown and toasted.
-
Remove from oven to cool before enjoying.
-
Serve either warm or room temp. Store in an airtight container on the counter when not enjoying.
Notes
These are so simple to make gluten-free by simply swapping your flour with a gf one! We love Namaste All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour.

Hi Shay, would raw coconut work instead of sweetened? Would I need to adjust the recipe?
Mix and Match Mama says
I don’t think, in this particular recipe, you would get the sweetness that you desire…but if you try it and I’m incorrect, PLEASE let me know!!!
