Happy Monday, friends!
It’s the first Meal Planning Monday of 2026!
This week, I am sharing the exact recipes my family has asked me to make for them so far this winter season. These are FIVE of their favorite suppers…all recently whipped up in my kitchen as we hunker down and enjoy the cozy winter evenings. I added one bonus recipe because…it’s delicious, easy, and packed with protein.
From my cozy kitchen to yours, enjoy! xx

We eat CHEESY RANCH TACOS every single Sunday night. It keeps my life easy (I don’t have to think about what’s for dinner on Sundays), it makes my family happy (they all love it!), and often, it produces leftovers that we can pack in Monday’s lunchbox. These never let us down.

We had my SLOW COOKER BEEF STROGANOFF just this last Tuesday. It’s the quintessential winter supper.

Everyone gets excited for my CHICKEN & MUSHROOM FRIED RICE. The best part about this recipe is that you can mix and match the veggies to fit your family. Sometimes we add broccoli or sugar snap peas or carrots and/or leave out the mushrooms. Make this one your own. It’s delish!

My EASY WEEKNIGHT BEEF PIE is a fan favorite at the Shull’s house. Trust me, this is one you need to try this winter season too!

If you’re not making my CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP, you are missing out! This is the simplest recipe to pull together and let simmer in your slow cooker. Dinner will be done and delish at the end of your day.
For a bonus recipe, this week try my…

…BANANA PECAN PROTEIN WAFFLES! Not only are they easy to prepare, they’re super filling and delicious too!
I hope you all have a wonderful week!
Happy Meal Planning, friends!
