Thanks to good old Day Light Savings, my kids are waking up extra early (look at the clock in the background). Yesterday, Kensington was up at 6:15. Since I had some work to do in our study, I told her she could cozy up in our bed and watch some TV.
Mr. Smith woke up without his pants on. Silly boy!
I put his pants back on him and gave him his bottle (he says baba when he sees it).
Then, he had some Nutrigrain bar for breakfast.
It didn’t take Kensington long to get all of her Little People out for the day.
Good morning guys!
As usual, we headed off to Stroller Strides (our Baby Boot Camp franchise closed October 31, so my girlfriends and I joined Stroller Strides…same thing).
After working out, we came home and ate lunch.
Right now, this is Kensington’s favorite book for us to read. It’s about the K-State mascot. Andrew and I read it over and over and over. It’s cute because the first line says, “It’s a beautiful fall day in Manhattan, Kansas…” and last weekend, when Andrew was in Manhattan, I asked her where daddy was and she said, “it’s a beautiful fall day in Manhattan, Kansas”…she kept quoting the book to let me know dad had gone to K-State.
After lunch, we played some more.
I love this moment…both kids sound asleep taking naps. Ahhhh…I read Good Housekeeping :).
After naps, Kensington was helping me unload the dishwasher. She noticed all of the sippy cups I was unloading and said, “I want a picture with my cups. I’ll sit right here”. Therefore, we have this picture.
After Smith woke up, we went outside to blow some bubbles.
This was part of Smith’s dinner, doesn’t it sound yummy?!
While I was making our dinner, Kensington got a blue skirt out of my closet and danced around the kitchen.
Where is Smith?
There he is! (His new favorite game…probably did it 20 times right then.)
After dinner, Kensington rode her giraffe bike.
And she did a few somersaults.
Then she got her bath.
Thanks for being a part of our day!
Goodnight!

I literally laughed out loud at the sippy cup picture! What a dollface she is. Smith is a handsome little thing too 🙂

Precious! Smith waking up with no pants on cracked me up. Kensington's dishwasher photo is classic. And you are my HERO for working out with a stroller every day. I think I've "worked out" if I have lugged my Phil & Ted's out of the trunk. 🙂
