Shopping List
1 box of chocolate cake mix
2 small boxes of instant chocolate pudding
1/2 cup of veggie oil
1 1/4 cups water
4 eggs
1 cup chocolate chips
4 cups powdered sugar
1 stick butter, softened
3-4 splashes of milk (or Peppermint Mocha coffee creamer!!)
2 cups Mint Chocolate Oreos, crushed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease (I use Pam) a 10 inch bundt pan
In mixing bowl, combine cake mix, puddings, oil, water and eggs with electric mixer. Stir in one cup chocolate chips and pour into prepared bundt pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cake rest on counter in pan 10 minutes. Then, invert cake onto serving plate to finish cooling.
To make the frosting, beat butter with powdered sugar and milk (or creamer) until creamy. Stir in crushed Oreo pieces. Spread on cooled cake.
One bite of this baby and you’ll feel more festive!

Which kind of chocolate chips did you use—semi sweet or milk chocolate?
Mix and Match Mama says
You can use which ever one you like! I always bake with semi-sweet but I find that they interchange really well.

Hello! Do you think I could substitute crushed oreos instead of chocolate chips in the batter? Thanks!
Mix and Match Mama says
You could sub crushed Oreos…they won't hold up during baking and will kind of get mushy but they'll be delicious! Enjoy!
