Happy Halloween! OK…you’re either one of two people right now…you’re totally prepared, costumes ready, candy in big bowl, dinner in slow cooker and dessert ready to be eaten….or you’re totally unprepared and panicking. If you’re the second gal, then welcome to today’s post. Here are a few of my favorite recipes sure to make your Halloween night simple and fun…and leaving you plenty of time for your little goblins.
Need a quick dip…try my Spinach Guacamole. Super easy and delicious!
What about a main course? On Halloween night, you need a bowl of soup…easy to make and delicious too! This is one of my all-time easiest and most requested recipes. It’s my Sausage and Corn Chowder. You’ll love it!
And for dessert…you need something festive and simple. These desserts might look a little fancy but they can all be whipped up before the first trick-or-treater rings the bell…
Happy Halloween!

Yes. The sausage corn chowder is flipping AWESOME, the spinach guacamole is totally delish, and that candy corn bark is too cute! Maybe we won't order pizza tonight!

I am definitely the second girl. Haven't even carved the pumpkins yet! We were going to go with Sheaffer's plan of ordering pizza but that chowder looks incredible. If not tonight, then sometime soon! Thanks for the last minute easy ideas.
