February is halfway over and before we know it, Spring will be in the air. There are only a few short weeks left of slow cooker meals at the Shull house. I thought I’d share with you my reader’s favorites from the last two seasons. You better make a few before the weather warms up and grills get smokin’…I love slow cooker season.
Happy slow cooking!

YUM! We are obsessed with slow cooker meals in our house, so I am definitely checking these out! My hubby would adore the chicken enchiladas recipe! 🙂

Your recipes are all yummy. I love trying new things. Wondering, you have mentioned Andrew has a healthy tight diet and trainer. Does he eat all tour food? Portion? You pass all the sweets on? How do you both stay so fit?

I'm so intrigued by those cornbread enchiladas… two of my favorite things!! I've made your BBQ apple chicken and it is fabulous! I have to say I'm sad to see the end in sight for slow cooker season…

Hi Paula!
We are big believers in portion control around here! And big believers in dessert too :). I will do an entire post on your question within the next month. Stay tuned!

Good list! I only know how to make ONE thing in my slow cooker — and it's good, don't get me wrong, but I need more options. Thanks!

I've been trying to get some slow cooker recipes in before the weather heats up again. Over the weekend I tried a new soup, and it was so simple and delicious! I think you could mix and match it several ways, too!!

Hi Shay! What size slow cooker do you have? What brand? Is it programmable or manual? Thanks! Love the blog!

My slow cooker is 10 years old and very basic. I like slow cookers that are oval (for longer cuts of meat) and make sure it has a high, low and warm setting. I always use slow cooker liners too because they make cleaning up a breeze.
