It took me 78 Bundt Cakes to figure out I needed an Oreo???? What is wrong with me?!?! Who doesn’t love an Oreo? The crunchy Oreo on top of the moist cake is just perfection. Perfection in a bundt cake.
Shopping List
1 box of chocolate cake mix
2 small boxes of instant chocolate pudding
1/2 cup of veggie oil
1 1/4 cups water
4 eggs
1 can vanilla frosting
1 package of Oreos
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease (I use Pam) a 10 inch bundt pan or 12 mini bundt pans.
In mixing bowl, combine cake mix, puddings, oil, water and eggs with an electric mixer. Pour into prepared bundt pan.
Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean for a large bundt cake or 16 to 18 minutes for mini cakes.
Let cake rest on counter in pan 10 minutes. Then, invert cake onto serving plate to finish cooling.
While the cake is cooling, empty your can of vanilla frosting into a mixing bowl. Crush about 10 Oreos and add to your frosting. (I put my Oreos in a large Ziploc bag and crushed them with a rolling pin.) Then, crush about 6 more Oreos and keep to the side for garnish.
Frost your cake(s) with your Oreo frosting and garnish with remaining crushed Oreos.
What’s better than an Oreo? A chocolate cake with frosting and Oreos. Grab a big glass of milk and enjoy!

I bought a mini bundt cake pan yesterday and spent the afternoon making these (I had to do two batches because I didn't think to buy two pans)! I was planning on having these tonight for a Bachelor viewing party I'm hosting! Well, I left them at my parents' house in their oven and asked them to bring them over when they come tonight. But my dad got up this morning and pre-heated the oven and forgot about my cakes! So now they're ruined!! I did sample one yesterday and they were amazing, though!

Made this over the weekend! Loved it!! Usually, since it's just my husband and I, we don't eat a whole cake before it goes bad. However, we ate the entire cake and considered licking the cake plate clean!! This is my new go-to chocolate dessert! Thanks!!
