When I originally wrote this recipe for Baked Burritos, I included the fact that you can simply omit the ground beef to make these yummy burritos vegetarian. And since then, I’ve done just that. Twice. I promise, you will never miss the beef…the beans are hearty and filling and along with the spices and cheese, you will be one happy eater. A vegetarian eater that is.
But after a little spice, you’ll need to cool off, right? So, why don’t you try this for dessert…

Burrito seasoning would work great too!
