How fabulous are these red lace leggings?!  When I asked my friends at Lovely Lace Leggings if they wanted to do another giveaway with me (because you guys loved the last one!), they said yes…and let’s focus on back to school.  Perfect.

With school approaching, I know that I’ll be thinking leggings for Kensington too.  The Lovely Lace Leggings she has right now, she’s worn over and over again.  They wash well, they hold up and they are just so adorable under any outfit.  I am obsessed with them!

    So much I love about back to school time! But, since this is my twins first year of PS it will be extra fun – first day of school outfit, pictures on the first day, meeting their teacher, packing their lunch box, seeing their name on their cubby! I could go on and on!

    Back to School time is very different for me this year. This will be the first time in 10 years I don't have a classroom full of kids to teach. I resigned last year from teaching to work for my husband, so this is a very strange feeling. I'm excited for kiddos, though. My daughter will be in 1st grade, and my son will be in kindergarten.

    I love to see the kids' faces when they receive their new stuff! We provide supplies-filled backpacks and school uniforms for inner-city kids and you can almost see the stress fall from their shoulders when they get their new things.

    This is an especially precious back to school time for me this year as my oldest is going to preschool for the first time. I love seeing the anticipation in her face as we talk about preschool, shop for supplies etc. It so reminds me of the excitement I felt as a kid!     I have always loved back to school! I would actually cry on the last day of school…I know, I know! It's no surprise that I'm a teacher now! As a mom of a preschooler, I find myself so excitement for my son to see who's in his class and what teacher he will have!
