Hi Shay, I made the Pumpkin Spice Latte bundt cake and the flavor was delicious! I did however have one issue. I baked the cake for the full time recommended and it still wasn't quite done. I have noticed that some of the cake companies are downsizing their mixes and was wondering what size (how many ounces)are in the mixes for your recipes. Thanks so much, and the cake was still enjoyed by all!

I use a variation of cake mixes depending on what I see that day. I honestly think your cake just needed to cook longer. Oven temps vary and the quality of bundt pans make a big difference too. I bet your cake would have turned out perfectly if it had cooked 8 to 10 minutes longer. Next time, double-check with a toothpick before removing it from the oven. Let me know how your next one turns out!!
