This was just nothing short of divine. I was totally patting myself on the back the day I made these :).
Growing up, my mom would sometimes take a store-bought crust, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over it, bake it and slice it up for a little dessert. As simple as that sounds, it was always one of my favorite things. I’m a “crust” person (I like the crust on pizzas and pies), so if you’re sprinkling crust with cinnamon and sugar goodness, then I’m all about it.
Well…the other day, I had a stroke of brilliance (yes, I’m going to call it brilliance!) and thought, “what if I put Nutella and marshmallow fluff inside my crust and make it kind of like a s’more?”. Genius. I should have gone to Harvard :).
First, you unroll your room temp pie crust out on your baking sheet lined with parchment paper (for easy clean-up and so that it won’t stick to the pan). Then, spread out Nutella on half of it. I didn’t measure my Nutella, I just spread it out like this.
Next, spread out Marshmallow Fluff on top of your Nutella. Not too much, just enough to go on top of your Nutella.
Fold the other half of your crust over the Nutella-Marshmallow mixture and pinch the edges down together.
Bake in a 400 degree oven about 10 minutes. Remove from oven, slice and eat…
A little wedge of happiness.
Happy Friday!

My crust has to be homemade! It's not hard and you can taste the difference big time. No store bought crusts allowed in our house!

This IS btilliant! It looks great! I'm a crust girl too! We did the same thing when I was younger. I always looked forward to cinnamon-sugar strips. That's kind of strange because I just thought about that the other day and how I've never made that for my kids yet.

I don't have marshmallow fluff, is there a way to make this work with regular marshmallows? I'm going to use pillsbury gluten free pie crust.
Thanks!

Sure! Just sprinkle some mini marshmallows across the Nutella!
