It’s Monday!
It might be Monday…but that doesn’t mean you have to worry about what’s for dinner this week! Here are some yummy options to satisfy both the busy mom and the hungry family.
Spinach Pesto Baked Tacos are one of those meals that my family eats over and over again. We don’t repeat suppers often at our house but we do tend to have this meal a lot…like almost once a week. Once you bake a taco, you’ll never not bake one again!
Angel Chicken was a slow cooker recipe sent to me a few years ago by a friend. It’s so simple and so fast that it’s the perfect answer to a busy mom’s question…what should I make for dinner?
Brooke Deen’s Meat Loaf is out of this world! If my friend Brooke has a recipe, you should try it. After all, when your hubby is Jamie Deen and your mother-in-law is Paula…you know a thing or two about good cookin’.
Green Chile Chicken Quiche is such a simple supper. It can be made in advance and popped into the oven in the evening. This plus a salad and dinner is done!
Sausage and Tortellini Soup will warm you up on a chili night! This is such a flavorful and hearty soup!
Bundt Cake #62 Chocolate Caramel Oatmeal is like the ultimate cookie but in cake form…with frosting on top.
Nutella Pie Bites are OUT OF THIS WORLD! You wouldn’t believe the feedback I get from this simple little dessert from friends. I had one friend tell me that this recipe right here was the best thing about our friendship and another friend tell me that her and her family couldn’t stop eating them so they whipped up a second batch that night. Make these. Tonight. You’ll love them!
Quick and Easy Cinnamon Rolls are an easy fall breakfast for a chilly Saturday morning. All you need is a big cup of coffee to go with them.
And don’t forget to check out the fabulous new blog that I’m a part of now! You must go see what Every Day Cheer is about! I will be blogging lots of yummy food over there too!
Have a great week everyone!

Shay – is there anything else you could recommend so substitute the pesto? My husband can't digest nuts so I'm afraid it will be a problem.

A garlic and herb cream cheese would be yummy in these tacos too! Or just salsa!
