It’s Thanksgiving week! The biggest food day of the year is only 3 days away!
Are you ready?
Do you know what you’re making?
Have you grocery shopped?
Have you started baking?
Set your table?
There is so much to do!
Remember to breathe!
I’m assuming most of us will only eat dinner at home 3 times this week. We know that on Thursday, we’ll be eating the big feast and on Friday, Saturday and Sunday…leftovers. This Meal Planning Monday is three simple meals you can pull together during this crazy week. Plus, I’ll feature a few great desserts for your last minute Thanksgiving baking.
Here we go…
Salsa Chicken and Shells is a simple and yummy meal to pull together this week. Your family will love it!
Spinach Artichoke Ravioli is one of my most requested meals when having friends over. My girlfriends all ask for this recipe and make it in their own homes. Yummy!
Crescent Roll Casserole is such a simple little casserole! Plus, it’s easily doubled or even tripled depending on how many people you need to serve…perfect for holiday guests!

Hi, Shay! The ravioli looks great. Can you share your crispy baked chicken recipe you served with it? I'm still in cooking 101, ha. Thanks!

This crescent casserole couldn't have come at a better time! I have a can of crescents in the fridge – and this sounds wonderful! Thanks!
