Day 312: Spent the day at the mall with Kara and her two kiddos! (It looks like we’re about to pick out an engagement ring in this photo!)

Everytime I click on a link to something I like on your blog or Sheaffer's blog, it is always from Nordstroms! And last weekend I went to New York City (for the first time), so I thought I would take the opportunity to go to Nordstroms and check out all the things Shay and Sheaffer have been raving about, but there is no Nordstrom in Manhatten!! I'm from Canada, but I haven't made the leap into online cross-border shopping yet. Maybe soon.
Also, I took your advice and visited Dylan's Candy Bar on 3rd Ave. It was pretty great!

I read your link to your post about Gratitude, and I am going to order the Simple Abundance Journal… I think it would be a great New Years Resolution. Plus I am starting a new chapter in my life, graduating from college, starting my first "grown-up" job and I want to look back and see what I was doing and what I was grateful for during these years of my life. Thanks for the wonderful idea.. You inspire me!
