I don’t know about you…but Christmas morning breakfast is a big deal in my family. We need a hearty casserole or something while we open gifts (plus lots of coffee!). Here are some of my very favorite breakfast recipes for your Christmas morning…and the best news, they can be made (or prepped) in advance to make your day even easier!

My Ham and Swiss Pinwheels are the perfect little savory nibble for your Christmas morning!
This is what I’m making on Christmas morning! It’s a great Sausage Breakfast Casserole that you prepare the day before and just pop in the oven on Christmas morning. We love, love, love this recipe!
And if you want a sweet casserole…my French Toast Casserole will rock your world!
These little Breakfast Sausage Cups are simple and easy to serve on busy mornings when you’re stepping over kids, toys and wrapping paper.
Butterscotch Monkey Bread is one of my family’s very favorite breakfast foods! This recipe is so yummy and perfect for Christmas morning!
Quick and Easy Cinnamon Rolls will be on your table in no time!
My Sausage Crescent Casserole is another big hit on holiday mornings! I love how you make it the night before too!
And for the pancake people…I love these Gingerbread Pancakes.

What a great selection of breakfast items! I'd love to make them all. We always have monkey bread but I think I may try one of the savory dishes this year. Yum!
