Last week, people swooned over the simplicity and deliciousness of my Strawberry Brownies…so this week, I’ve mixed and matched it into a Red Velvet M&M Brownie. You’re welcome. Consider it my Valentine’s Day treat to you.
XOXO
Shopping List
1 box of red velvet cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup of M&Ms (I used Valentine’s Day ones), plus a few extra for garnish
1 cup of M&Ms (I used Valentine’s Day ones), plus a few extra for garnish
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Grease (I used Pam) a 9×13 baking dish. Set aside.
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a mixing bowl with a spoon (your batter will be thick). Stir in your M&Ms.
Spread batter across the bottom of your prepared pan and bake about 14 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean).
After you pull the warm brownies out of the oven, sprinkle a few extra M&Ms on top. Cut into squares and serve.
Your Valentine will love these brownies and you’ll love how simple they are.
And come December, just replace the Valentine’s Day M&Ms with Christmas M&Ms and you’re all set for another holiday.
Hugs & Kisses!

Why did you do this to me?! I made this a couple days ago and have pretty much eaten all of it by myself, it is so good! It was so easy and I also love how festive it looks!
