Cherry Pecan Pie

This is one of my favorite little pies to whip up for simple suppers, summer BBQs and poolside dining.  There are only 5 ingredients involved and no baking.  Perfect.
The next time you need a quick dessert…this is the one you should make.  I promise.
Shopping List
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
1 (21 oz) can of cherry pie filling
1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh from a lemon, not from the bottle)
Combine your pie filling, condensed milk, pecans and lemon juice in a bowl.  Mix with a spoon then pour the filling into your graham cracker crust.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before slicing and serving (I usually refrigerate mine over night).
Just so simple…and so delicious.

    We make this too and add a small container of whipped topping to the mix before filling the pie shell-very sweet but so good!

    Just the sheer mention of sweetened condensed milk makes me want to try it! Gosh I love that stuff!
