I get a lot of great feedback about my Ultimate Sausage Balls. They seem to be a brunch/breakfast staple in many of your homes. I was thinking the other day…those babies are so yummy in the morning, what if I mixed and matched them into a suppertime recipe too? And I did. And they were delicious. My kiddos ate them up!
We served our meatballs with a little pasta and marinara sauce…but you can totally serve them as an appetizer or with a side salad and some marinara for dipping. Yummy and simple! My two favorite adjectives when making dinner.
This recipe makes about 2 dozen mini meatballs or so (it just depends on how small or big you make them!).
Shopping List
1 pound breakfast sausage
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 1/4 cups Bisquick mix
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until everything is incorporated. Roll out mixture into golf ball size balls and place on foil lined baking sheet sprayed with Pam.
Bake about 20-25 minutes or until browned.
Yummy with marinara sauce and pasta! The perfect little meatball.
Happy supper!
