This recipe makes 4 burgers.
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons steak seasoning
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup ketchup
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard
Burger Buns
Chopped green onions to garnish
Preheat your outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high.
Combine your ground beef and steak seasoning then divide the mixture into four burger patties.
Grill each patty about 5 or 6 minutes on each side (or until it’s cooked well enough for you).
Meanwhile over a burner, heat the Worcestershire Sauce, ketchup, brown sugar and mustard in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Heat through about 5 minutes stirring to make sure all ingredients are incorporated.
Remove burgers from grill and top with sauce.
That’s it!
Since onions are in my meatloaf, I garnished our burgers with onions too. Just like meatloaf…but in a burger.
Happy grilling!
And PS: Today is National Pina Colada Day!
You should celebrate by making my Pina Colada Blondies…

Shay, have you tried this with fresh ground turkey? Do you think it would work just as well?
Mix and Match Mama says
I've made the meatloaf with turkey several times and it's fabulous! Turkey would be a great substitution!

Hi Shay!
What kind of beef do you use? 80/20? 90/10? I ask because sometimes some dishes are made better with higher fat/meat ratio. I like to use 85/15. I know super random question.

I always use a 93/7 or 96/4 lean ground beef 🙂

I'm making these tonight! For the steak seasoning, do you mean a liquid steak seasoning (like Dale's), or a spice steak seasoning (like Montreal steak seasoning)? Thanks!!
Mix and Match Mama says
You could use either one! I typically use a dry one like Montreal Steak Seasoning but you really could use either.

These are sooo amazing! My husband litterally comes home early when he knows I'm making them, and before I start cooking he talks about how good they're going to be. He's like a kid on Christmas. Thanks so much!
