Meal Planning Monday #49

I don’t know about your house but at our house, we’re celebrating the last few days of summer.  Several of my friends have kiddos that start school this week…but we still have two more weeks.  Two more weeks of sleeping late, staying up late, sleepovers, afternoons by the pool and zero commitments.  I’m savoring every minute.
Whether your family is back in the school mode or still in the sleepy days of summer, this week’s menu will get dinner on the table fast…because really, who has time for slaving away in the kitchen?  I sure don’t.
Happy Monday!
Have you made my Caprese Turkey Burgers yet???  If not, you totally should!  They are seriously delicious.  Absolutely, totally and undeniably yummy :).
Yummmmmmy!  This Sausage & Broccoli Tortellini Bake is one of my favorite go-to suppers on busy nights.  We love this!
We make our Baked Pizza Burritos with ground beef and pepperoni but you could make yours however your family loves your pizza.  Such a fun weeknight supper!
I love to serve my homemade Pesto Pasta with shrimp and chicken sausages…but you could serve it with anything.  So simple and yet full of great flavor!
And my Cast Iron Steak Fajitas just sound like the perfect way to end a week.  I’m thinking we should all make these on Friday :).
To go along with our fajitas?  You should make my bundt cake of the week…
Chocolate Zucchini Bundt Cake.  Listen, there is just no better way to eat a vegetable.
And your bonus dessert for the week…
…my cousin Brooke’s recipe for Lemon Blueberry Cream Pie.
The perfect way to celebrate the end of summer.
XOXO
