I don’t know about your house but at our house, we’re celebrating the last few days of summer. Several of my friends have kiddos that start school this week…but we still have two more weeks. Two more weeks of sleeping late, staying up late, sleepovers, afternoons by the pool and zero commitments. I’m savoring every minute.
Whether your family is back in the school mode or still in the sleepy days of summer, this week’s menu will get dinner on the table fast…because really, who has time for slaving away in the kitchen? I sure don’t.
