It’s Monday! Again.
I don’t know about you…but this weekend wiped me out! I really don’t know how we celebrate Halloween when it’s not on a Friday because all day Saturday, my kids were handling their Halloween Hangover…
…they were TIRED.
I hope you have a very easy week ahead of you after the busy weekend. I’m here to do my part and give you some simple recipe ideas to get you in and out of the kitchen fast this week (plus put yummy food on the table for your family!).
Kick off your week with my Spicy Sausage and Potato Soup…don’t worry, it’s not too spicy for your family (just sub with a mild sausage). This will warm you up on chilly nights.
Brisket is a staple in our house during the fall and winter. I love how I can just stick it in the slow cooker first thing in the morning and then at suppertime, it’s done! I love these Italian Brisket Sandwiches as a fun twist on standard brisket.
Oh my goodness. This is so good. So. Good. My Sausage and Vodka Pasta will knock your fuzzy slippers off! The vodka cooks out, so this is most definitely a family meal…and trust me, your family will love it!
Chicken a la King is such a classic. My version is simple enough to become a weeknight staple at your house.
Mexican Chicken Chili is easy, hearty, yummy and perfect for your week. Enjoy!
Our bundt cake this week is my Chocolate Caramel Oatmeal…pretty much everything fabulous in one cake.
These yummy made from scratch Pumpkin Brownies are the perfect little treat for your November week.
And if you really want a bowl of goodness to cuddle up to while you watch Grey’s and Scandal this week…my Chocolate Apple Pecan Cobbler is for you. Olivia Pope should drown her sorrows in this stuff instead of wine…
Have the best week friends!! See you again tomorrow :).
