I don’t know about you…but we are busy people between now and Christmas. This week alone, we have three parties and then one big fun activity. I am loving every minute of this Christmas season, but it does not give me much time to plan and prepare dinner each night. This week, I’m keeping things super quick and simple (while still being yummy!).
I make many different varieties of chili but Andrew and I have both decided this Sweet Corn Chili is officially our favorite. You can use either ground beef or ground turkey in the recipe and make it on the stove top or slow cooker. It’s so easy and really, really delicious!
My Tex-Mex Ravioli Bake can be made vegetarian or with a meat filled ravioli. It’s so simple, yet so flavorful and best of all, prepared in just minutes!
Pepperoni Pizza Soup has all the bells and whistles of your favorite pizza but in soup form. Your family will love it!
We love these BBQ Pork Tacos! The best part is that the pork cooks all day in the slow cooker, so it’s really quick to assemble. So good!
Finally, my mother-in-law’s Stew just cannot be beat. On a cold night, nothing is better than a big bowl of Stew!
If you’re needing a few Christmas treats this week, here are a few I love…
I love, love, love my Candy Cane Neiman Marcus Bars! Seriously, I love them. A lot.
I made this Christmas Crunch Cake years ago and it’s still a favorite. Who doesn’t want a chocolate cake with crushed Oreos on top?
And finally, if you’re needing something quick to make this week, my advice is just to Dip It. Click here to see my tips and ideas for dipping…tis the season to dip everything in chocolate and sprinkles!
Have a great day friends! See you tomorrow!

Ahhhh THANK YOU thank you for this sweet corn chili recipe!! I tried it for my husband a few weeks ago….and we've made it 4 times already! It's perfect for packing for work lunches, and we change it up sometimes by eating it with tortilla chips or soft shell tacos! YUM!
