Monday, Monday, Monday.
I hope you had a great weekend! Don’t know what to make this week? No worries…I’ve got five simple suppers plus a few extra Valentine’s Day sweet treats here ready for you…all simple, all quick and all sure to satisfy your family.
Happy Monday!
Hmmm…we love breakfast for dinner (we pretty much love breakfast any time of day!). We love my Tex-Mex Breakfast Casserole for supper as much as we do in the morning. You can even make this in the morning and then wait and bake it off in the evening. So simple!
I named this Loaded Chili because it has everything in it but the kitchen sink. We love this in the winter!
I make my Sausage and Vodka Pasta all the time. It’s one of my very favorites! Don’t worry about the vodka…the alcohol burns off, so it’s a family meal too. Trust me, your kiddos will love this!
Mexican Beef Over Cornbread is hearty, simple and delish. Plus, it’s a slow cooker meal, so it’s easy to prepare. Perfect for a busy weeknight!
My yummy Chicken and Broccoli Bites are the perfect little light supper or lunch. Just add a side (maybe a big green salad??) and you’re good to go!
Chocolate Covered Cherries always remind me of my parents. Every year on Valentine’s Day, my mom buys my dad a box. So, I make Chocolate Covered Cherry Bundt Cake on Valentine’s Day each year as a tribute to them.
I know you’ve probably seen this on Pinterest…it’s how you make a heart cake. Click here to see how I make mine.
And finally, one of my favorite little treats…
Strawberry Nutella Pies. These little bites sized pies only have 3 ingredients and can be made in a minute or two. They are perfect paired with your favorite person and your favorite TV show (in our case, that would be Scandal).
Happy Monday! See you back here tomorrow!

So thankful for this meal plan today! I had to run to target to pick up medicine for my sock kiddos and it was a blessing to be able to get groceries for the week without any thinking or planning!

I seriously put that mexican beef in my crockpot on my lunch hour before I had even seen your post! Thinking the sausage vodka pasta needs to be in our rotation.

Those chicken and broccoli bites were so good, and I think that my two picky eaters will even like them! WooHoo!

Yum! It all looks de-lish, but I think my daughter and I will have to make your heart cake for the men in our life on Valentine's Day. Thanks for sharing!
