Cherry Chip Cookies for your Valentine’s Day.
So simple, so quick, and so perfect to make with kiddos.

This recipe makes about two dozen cookies.
Shopping List
1 box white cake mix
1 (3 oz) box of cherry gelatin
2 eggs
1/2 cup veggie oil
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, gelatin, eggs and veggie oil with a spatula until all combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop onto a greased cookie sheet by the tablespoonful and bake about 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove cookies from oven and let them cool on the baking sheet about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
Um, easy, right? Pour, stir, bake and enjoy!
