Cherry Chip Cookies

Cherry Chip Cookies for your Valentine’s Day.
So simple, so quick, and so perfect to make with kiddos.
This recipe makes about two dozen cookies.
Shopping List
1 box white cake mix
1 (3 oz) box of cherry gelatin
2 eggs
1/2 cup veggie oil
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, gelatin, eggs and veggie oil with a spatula until all combined.  Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop onto a greased cookie sheet by the tablespoonful and bake about 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove cookies from oven and let them cool on the baking sheet about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
Um, easy, right?  Pour, stir, bake and enjoy!
Happy (almost!) Valentine’s Day!

    Gonna Love these.
I think I may even have a package of cherry chips in my pantry to use in place of the chocolate chips or maybe a few of both
