Happy happy happy Friday!
Today, I’m linking up with Narci, Erika and Andrea and sharing some of my favorite things from this week.
We have big plans this weekend…first up, our sweet Kensington is in the school variety show tonight hula hooping with her friends Ebby Lee and Molly. I cannot wait to see these cute girls on stage! And then tomorrow, Smith has a basketball game. I love watching my big kiddos do fun stuff!
So that’s this weekend…now, here are my faves…
I’m doing an Instagram giveaway today with my friends at Erin Condren!!
Erin Condren is giving away a set of my books Cakes & Meal Planner along with an Erin Condren Life Planner & Meal Planner Dashboard to 10 lucky winners and their friend!
To enter, follow me and Erin Condren on Instagram (if you don’t already!), like the photo on both channels, and comment on one, tagging a friend you’d like to win WITH you! On Monday, we’ll announce the 10 winners (five from my IG and 5 from Erin Condren’s) and they’ll win along with the person they tagged. Woohoo!
I saw these cute pajama pants and thought they’d make fun February pjs…because they remind me of love.
And you know how much I love my PJ Salvage pajamas…
My print is sold out, but you can see the other prints here. And my favorite houseshoes ever here ;).
And look at this heart version…
…love these for Valentine’s Day!
Have you ladies seen these…
For a limited time, Essie is re-releasing six of their most popular polishes of all time. They’ve been advertising these in pretty much every magazine I’ve read lately, so when I saw them, I snagged them for my girls and me. Now…to be fair, I wasn’t a huge fan of one of the polishes, so I only bought five (I found them at Target). Here are the names…
…so much fun! Kensington already said we’re having a polishing party before her talent show. I’m pretty sure she wants each finger painted a different color ;).
Places like Ulta are selling these too. Hurry though, they’re only out for a limited amount of time!
I learned a tip a few weeks ago that I’ve been loving…
…you take one drop of your foundation or tinted moisturizer (right now, I’m using Bobbi Brown’s tinted moisturizer in Medium Tint) and combine it with one drop of your illuminator (I use Nars Hot Sand and loooove it…read the reviews! Apparently everyone loves it!) and it really makes your foundation/tinted moisturizer look better! Instead of looking flat/dull/chalky, it adds a bit of life to it and really makes it blend better and your overall complexion look better.
See above, I have one drop of each and I combine them together and apply it with my beauty blender. Try this tip! I love it!
Alrighty, if you missed some of my posts this week, you need to go back and look. First up, my book review was on Monday. Reader friends, you need to check out this post just for the comments! There are so many good book suggestions in the comment section.
…Meagan answered your questions about fostering. Oh friends, if you or someone you know thinks they might be interested in fostering or fostering to adopt, you should read this post.
…What’s Up Wednesday happened as well! What am I wearing this month? Layers. Lots and lots of layers ;). See the entire post here.
I decided that this Friday called for a Valentine’s Day cake…
…my Strawberry Almond Upside Down Cake for the win!

That’s it for this Friday. Have a great weekend!
