I don’t know about you…but I have a busy day! First up this morning, I’m speaking at a MOPS group (Mothers of Preschoolers) and then tonight, I have a book signing at Merry’s on Main in Grapevine. If you’re local and want to say hi (I’d love that!), they’re located in historic downtown Grapevine at 309 S. Main St. I’ll be there from 5:30 to 7:00.
As for what we’re eating this week? Here you go. Five simple suppers to make your week a breeze!
Have a happy Monday friends!
My kids are into shrimp and they’re into noodles…so needless to say, this Spicy Shrimp Pasta is a favorite around here. Don’t worry, you can control the spice…so if your family likes it more mild, you can totally tone it down.
Before soup season ends, I thought we should sneak a few more into our week. How about my Margarita Chicken Soup? A lighter soup for spring weather.
Pizza Meatballs…you can serve them on their own or over pasta (or rice!). Kids love these!
BBQ Chicken Rice Bowls are my love language! I think I could eat this for breakfast! This supper is so simple…it’s all about assembling.
Do you have Panini Night at your house? My kids love making paninis because you can mix and match them a million different ways. These Buffalo Chicken Paninis are great for a low-key Friday night…maybe on the patio?
Y’all, Easter is Sunday! If you need a few fun, festive and easy Easter recipes, I have you covered…
